Serving in the organization as head of accounts, finance, taxation and audit functions of the Company.
As a senior member of the team i have served both Internal Audit and Accounts departments of the Company.
As a manager of the Department, my principle responsible is the supervision and control of Accounts and Finance Department of the Company. In addition to above, my job description includes preparation of management accounts (prepared on monthly basis) as well as year end financials preapred for external auditors in compliance with Corporate Laws of the country. further to this, i am assigned the job to plan sales tax and income tax returns and submitt these returns according to the paln approved by directors of the Company.
Being an audit supervisor in the above mentioned chartered accountants firm, my responsibility was to ensure proper conduct of the audit field work of different entities including listed companies and also finalization of the report to be delivered to the clients.
Being Manager Accounts and Finance, my responsibility was to manage and prepare books of original entry and financial statements of the entity.
I am a CA-Inter from ICAP.
