• Bench Calibration of Control valves
• Calibration and maintenance of various types of Gas transmitters Such as Ammonia, Chlorine, HCl, H2S Methane etc.
• Calibration and servicing of various gas defenders of various manufacturers.
• Maintenance and servicing of CCTV cameras and network
• Maintenance and servicing of Intercom and PA systems

Work Description
• Co- ordination of overall activities in the shift.
• Identification implementation of priority activities in the shifts
• Communication of machine breakdowns in the right personnel in the shifts & to analyze and organize corrective actions with the help of experts (if required)
• Monitoring of production output on hourly basis.
• Ensuring of production down time records in the process.
• Troubleshooting in the process for quality related issues with the help of expertise
• Initiating Multi-skill activity of operators & organize plans for improving the skill.
• Red marking of As-Built Documents
• Control of efficiency parameters (PQCD) as per the norms set by factory.
