1. Done my responsibilities as a team leader at UDH.
- Acting team leader only after two months of joining.
- Reporting my team productivity, attendants, and issues directly to the department manager.
- Give new joiners the proper training in our system, policy and how to engage with our members properly.
2. Done my responsibilities as Sr. officer
- Help our members with their approvals, ensuring to communicate with the provider and the company to get approvals the fastest way possible.
- Acting customer services on the ground so our members get all the services and inquiries without calling our call center.
- When needed, refer our members to another hospital either for inpatient or outpatient.
- Give a daily report about member visits and what kind of services were provided to them. as long as, their evaluation of the provider.
Started with marina from day one.
Help with the planing and opening for marina's first showroom in KSA. help included planing, pricing, training, and setting up the showroom local network due to my strong IT background.
Close sale deals and follow up with customers to insure that get the best services possible.
Help visual merchandising team arrange our showroom.
