Assigned for 2 packages as Senior Project Specialist at Project Delivery Department in AMAALA destination, Concrete and Structural package, and Secondary infrastructure and landscaping package. The following responsibilities describe the work I am handling:
Pre-construction:
1-Review concept and schematic design for secondary infrastructure and commenting ( IFT&IFC)
2-Review BIM360 against the concept and schematic design and raising issues to management
3-Review of Project execution plan (PEP) and BIM execution plan
During construction stage:
1. Monitoring construction progress and reporting delays according to approved baseline plan
2. Prepare project dashboard for utilities and producing quantity take off for monitoring and costs
3. Review contractor baseline planning and reporting discrepancies in terms of logic, applicability and project constraints
4. Monitoring contractor progress materials submittals, risk assessments and method statements, inspection and testing plans and work permits
5.Monitoring direct procurement for infrastructure items and engaging with the contractor in the event of items delay, design issues and contacting the supplier for solving the problem
6.Reviewing and monitoring the 2 stage bills of quantities for costing and procurement
7. Preparing quantified daily progress report in centralized platform to ease accessibility
8. Monitoring and measuring contractor productivity per labour per day for 192 direct and indirect workforce and reporting performance on weekly & monthly basis
9. Reviewing IFC revisions and producing comparisons
10.Brainstorming for risk register preparation
11.Reviewing BIM360 model and produced effective sections to highlight clashes for the presentation
The role involves project supervision on-site for large-scale project, and the responsibilities such as the following (but are not limited to):
Construction Phase:
Infrastructure:
•Overseeing the main contractor for the daily shoring works
•Monitoring and reporting the water level table across the site through the deep wells
•Dewatering works supervision
•Material Inspection Request( MIR )
Structure:
•Monitoring the daily progress of construction activities
•Inspection of the works( Piling, Tower crane, Raft reinforcement and concrete works )
•Witnessing Plate load test On-site, Concrete Compressive strength test in laboratory
Geotechnical:
•Review of Soil Report
•Supervising Pile sheet works
•Supervising earthworks on-site
Safety:
•Assisting the safety manager on-site to implement and oversee safety measures
Design Phase:
Building:
•Gathering the utilities data for local authority coordination
•Overseeing the demolition sub-contractor (building and suspended water tank)
Structure:
•Monitored and Supervised As-Built and Structural assessment works for historical buildings as well as façade assessment and structural integrity
•Daily Construction Activities Supervision
Administration:
•Verifying and certifying payment (PO)
•Issuing site instructions/memo, and Non-Compliance Report (NCR)
•Assisting the project manager for weekly and monthly report
•Producing daily report for site activities
•Developed report sheet for water table monitoring
•Assisted the stakeholder/authorities officer for gathering utilities data on-site for ownership transferal and design implementation for infrastructure
As part of my rule, I had daily responsibilities such as:
•Coordination between the client and local authorities
•Overviewing BOQ submittals for approval
•Daily Check-up of AutoCAD drafts and submittals
•Assisted the client for road design to comply with AASHTO Standards
•Weekly technical support services for municipality of makkah and transport comittee in order to ease the traffic flow over makkah region
Refurbishment of Existing Building Project
•Assisted the owner for labours Contracting for civil and fit-out works
•Performed daily Inspection of the work to ensure quality control
•Performed Closing tour with the client for the works and handed over the project
•Achieved 50% savings in total costs in comparison with the market contractors
The role involves leading the cohort and represent them in front of the civil engineering department board committee over the academic year performing duties such as:
•Delivering the students concerns to academics personnel to find solutions for their academic obstacles
•Attending meetings with the civil engineering department board committee and related academics to discuss possible solutions to deal with student obstacles
•Delivering the outcomes of each meeting to the students to ensure them that their voice is heard and progress is ongoing
•Engineering library had been created as a result of the discussion with the board committee as an achievement, and students obstacles related to their final year graduation project were eased

As a sales processor, in order to satisfy all the requirements, I was responsible to perform duties such as:
•Arranging the orders depending upon the urgency level
•Data entry for the orders through the SAP for invoicing
•Instant check-up for all the details to ensure the information entered are correct before proceeding
•Performing availability check for the stock
•Daily available credit check before releasing orders
•Release the orders from the credit managers to the customer through the warehouse immediately

As the role indicates, I was responsible to manage the progress of the riyadh metro project and ensuring compliance with the project schedule plan
• Obtained the Management of 37 labour for installation of at least 300 brickwork on a daily basis (CMU)
•Performed daily inspection of the work and reporting to the senior site engineer
•Attending day-to-day safety meetings with the consultants and recorded the minutes of meetings to keep track for the progress and documentation
•Assisted the carpenter for Installation of framework safely
•Supervised the scaffolds erection as well as performing inspection in weekly basis
•Ensuring to Maintaining excellent daily housekeeping
•Assisted the senior site engineer to utilize resources on weekly basis for lifting and shifting materials from site to site
•Controlling quality by following the approved method of statement for masonry works
•Application of anti dust, water proofing, fire resistant and high temperature insulation are observed in addition to application of plastering and epoxy
