• Assist with the development of Policies and procedures in co-ordination with HR Manager

·   Maintains and update database by encoding all staffing changes like new-hires, position changes, lateral transfers, grade & salary changes and benefits entitlements etc.

·   Prepares reports and executive summaries, monthly reports, extracts data from the HRIS as needed for essential decision making by management

.Perform pay roll related task such as update and maintain employee records in HRIS, process payroll deductions for the charges to the employee and create final settlement when employee leaves the company.

. Coordinating with the training team for conducting training programs.

.Preparation of training need analysis and submitting the analysis to the Training manager

.Analyzing the group insurance for company employees

·  Conduct interview with candidate when required

·  Maintain potential candidate database

·  Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in NSC

·  Monitor annual recruitment plan for compliance with the defined Manpower plans and Recruitunent Strategy across corporate and country operations
