Treatment Assistance is an organization formed to provide step by step guidance and information to
international patients traveling to India so that they can avail quality and affordable healthcare. The Firm
was also in to the hospital management consultancies, in which they were providing the operational
support to the hospitals or other healthcare service providers to establish systems to have a better
management and functions.
My key roles were to identify the hospitals or healthcare providers in abroad who need operational support
and to give the consultancy services of the firm. Apart from this I worked with multiple government
hospitals, Private hospitals, Corporate organizations, NGOs and other organizations of Asia, Africa and
Middle East region. The role here was to help and create process flow in availing health information and
availing healthcare. Apart from this I was also responsible for bringing in international patients to India
for treatment and have served more than 25000 patients in this period, in terms of getting medical opinions,
organizing for medical camps, surgical camps, CME programs, etc. Over 2000 patients traveled to avail
treatment in India through this firm during my tenure.
International Patients Services (Operations

Worked with International Business department of Wockhardt and later Fortis hospital in Bangalore, India.
The key responsibility was Patient services from Arrival to India to departure which included the following:
Consultations, Costing and pricing, Hospital stay, Admission and discharge management and day to day
operations. Target was to achieve highest patient satisfaction at every step. Some of the achievements were
Establishing SOPs related to international patients service, International patient billing, payments and foreign
exchange, Ensuring timely and required services for foreign clients and international patients, Analyzing
feedback of patients and taking corrective actions wherever necessary as a part of streamlining the
processes and maintenance of good patient relationships, Designed and Created International patients

The key responsibilities were of Setting up the outlets, Operation and sales.
Addition to the above I was also responsible for outlets accounts, stocks and training of executives.
Event Organizer at Niranthara, an NGO in Tumkur, Karnataka

Some of my responsibilities included the following.
Organizing Training programs and workshops, communicating with public officials and other government
and non-government institutions apart from this I was also responsible for organizing travel arrangements,
boarding and lodging for the event participants as required
During my tenure, more than 50 trainings and workshops for government and nongovernment officials
for Niranthara NGO across southern part of India. We also organized several youth camps related to health
awareness and right to information.
