Order suggestion, order entry and order management
Align with the Supply planners for the required SKUs for the month
Prioritise Promo, NPD SKUs and other fast moving stock .
Share weekly and monthly planned and shipped reports with the DB
Coordinate with the local and overseas factories and plants for the required stock.
Select the mode of shipment (air, sea and land), aligning with the logistics team.
Arrange shipments to the DBs warehouse and ensure on time delivery.
Closely supervise the operations of the 3PL partners .
Achieve the target of 99% OFR and 97% PFR
Check the daily IMS report for urgent deliveries.
Ensure minimum logistics cost without compromising the quality of service .
Ensure that the operational execution is performed in accordance with the guidelines set forth in SOPs, IOPs and agreed KPIs
