Role as Assistant Accounts Manager :
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financials are appropriately stated
Validate the accuracy and completeness of internal financial reports
Support the transactions and fluctuations of the P&L accounts with robust variance analysis
Assist with quarterly reviews and year-end audit
Able to work and partner effectively with other departments, such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payroll, Real Estate, Retail, and Procurement
Assist and support financial planning and analysis group in preparation of annual budgets
Monitor Tenant account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Making Monthly payment list
Manage daily cash balances and generate accounting statements and reports.
Perform account reconciliations as needed.
Handing Companies Bank accounts
Making Debit and Credit notes .
Receiving cheques/cash from Collector on daily basis, safekeeping of the same and deposit in the bank.
Carry out billing, collection and report activities according to specific deadlines
Recording of Daily Collections.
Maintaining proper records of Tenants
Maintaining thorough record of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Bank Loan agreements & Insurance policies.
Attend all incoming telephone calls.
Typing Internal Memos, Letters, Minutes of Meeting, and Correspondence with the Bank, Auditors, Customers, Contractors, and the like for the Finance Department.
Documentation Control. Proper arranging and filing of the incoming mails and copies of outgoing mails, agreement with tenants, service providers, contractors, banks etc.,
Co-ordination and follow up with other Departments.
Scheduling and following up meetings and appointments of the FM.
Arranging delivery of all the correspondences and messages.
Preparing monthly payment request and other if necessary.
Assisting FM when FM’s Assistant is not available.
Any other office job/task as given by the FM/Management.

Role as HR:

•Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
•Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
• Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
•Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Makes certain that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
• Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
• Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations.
