Plans Monthly /Quarterly /yearly AMC project with respect to the budget, time and resource availability
Proficient in Planning, execution & heading project involving method engineering method statement development and resource planning,
Expertise in swiftly ramping up project in close coordination with contractors, consultants and other external agencies, ensuring on time delivered.
Budget preparation, monitoring and trend tracking.
Leads the team of Engineer supervisor and technicians and coordinated with assisting staff to ensure the quality work.
Facilitates the customers with quarterly / Monthly /weekly service report along with quote as well as the immediate action to be taken for the rectification of the fire protection system.
Estimation the work and making quotation, material submittal
Accountable for the successful completion of project as stipulated by the project agreement.
Ensures quality compliance and customer satisfaction through regular client meetings
Support clients and handles emergency fire incidents with the limited time frame to overcome the situation.
Builds healthy business relation with vendors / suppler and achieves delivery & service quality norms.
Resolves all issues that the site team might face during installation, testing and commissioning of fire protection system equipment
Monitoring project invoice.
Participating in project consultants, meeting, and owner’s representative.
Regular visit project site to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirement good construction participate, only approve material are used.
Hand over the work to civil defense.
Configuring field devices such as Heat Detectors, Smoke Detectors, Manual Call Point, Ionoisation Detector etc.to the system interface.
Network Design of Fire Alarm Panels.
Plotting and Configuring of Field Devices with Autrosafe Programme.
Integration with third party panels using Modbus protocol.
Presentation system ( Product of Autronica Norway).
Installation of specialized Fire Alarm Software using Autrosafe at various sites as mentioned below :
