I have managed to save the company unto 2m SAR to date, by ensuring that all costs are kept under control and ensuring transparency and accountability,
I Manage a team of 6 accountants, I ensure that business is run in a transparent manner; to account for every transaction recorded, verified and approved
I have inherited a debt book of 23m SAR, I have successfully brought this down to 8m SAR in just 8.5months. I am gradually bringing this down, through verification of debt, supplier reconciliations as well as regaining supplier trust.
I have re established relations with our customer finance arm to ensure that customer debt collection is done and established timeously, my success rate here has been incredible, bringing debt from 2021 to a 120 days, still working on reducing the debt book.
In optimising costs, I have streamlining the Supply chain part of the business to ensure that every job order has the correct associated cost, as well as utilising a three quote facility to ensure that we receive the best best prices and availability of sourced product.
My role in this company is extended beyond financial management, toward supporting the business with operational initiatives to ensure a turnaround of a loss running business, to at least reach break even in year one an thereafter see profitable results.
