• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site; checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors; planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site; preparing daily reports as required for planning, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arises.
• Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
• Oversee total construction effort to ensure object is constructed according to Quality, Budget and Schedule.
- Excecution of piling, shoring and excavations support works.
- RC/Finishing building works.
- Quantity surveying.
- Very well understanding of drawings.
- Coordinate with Arch./MEP/Str.
- Submit bids for tenders.
- Dealing with Authorities as per required.
- Supervise the work progress at site & site management.
- Effective Technical communication with all parties within the project (contractors/subcontractors)
- Site management.
- Control scope, time and budget within the projects.
- Construction of Residential buildings
