Contribute to corporate HR initiatives such as employee engagement, ensure that rewards & recognition schemes such as spot rewards, excellence awards are properly utilized in line with HR guidelines and policies .
•provide guidance to unit heads in development of staff, to manage talent by building development plans, mentoring programs and cross functional moves of staff. •Prepare quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports. Manage & roll out promotions and salary increments, •Ensure all attritions are processed as per policy & set guidelines. Provide regular feedback to unit heads on any staff concerns raised and take corrective measures to improve management techniques.

Recruitment & Selection- End to end assistance in recruitment which involves understanding job descriptions, placing job adverts, managing staff referrals, candidate sourcing & profiling, conducting interviews and negotiating offers to bring it to closure with successful candidates. Major scope of the recruitment was for Retail banking, which involved extensive travel as recruitments were conducted from various markets and regions. Initiated several recruitment strategies to manage and fulfill the recruitment mandates. Managed the end to end onboarding process, responsible to prepare monthly and annual reports. Assisted the HR Manager in various other HR initiatives.
