• Managing, configuring, troubleshooting, supporting, installing Windows Servers, Sonic Wall devices and HP Storageworks
• Managing 2008 server and administering Active Directory
• Managing DNS (ISP), DHCP servers (2008)
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 implementation and support.
• Active Directory users and groups management
• ISA Server configuration and support
• Managing MS OCS Server 2007
• Support for E-mail gateway - Sonic Wall E-mail Security 300
• SharePoint 2007 server administration
• MS SQL server 2005 basic support
• Basic level support for Cisco Routers and Switches
• Antivirus Server support - Symantec End point Protection Server
• Updating servers with latest service packs and hot fixes.
• Taking backup of the servers by using Symantec Exec 2010
• Experience in handling Remote support Tools like RDP, PC Anywhere
• Implementation, Maintenance and Support for OS,
• Ability to work effectively with others to resolve technical problems.
• Ability to analyze situations and reach logical conclusions.
• Create the documents for policies and issue generated as KB (Knowledge Base)
• Preparing monthly work status report and updating technology specific documents
