The scope includes ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT and CONSTRUCTION of One No: of ASL Stabilizer tank replacement at PS 3 (BI-10-09941) with approx. 1, 52, 544 cu.m storage capacity associated Civil works, Piping connection including tie-ins, Mechanical Works, Electrical Works, Instrumentation Works and Fire Fighting Works. Responsibilities includes
Setting up the quality management system and monitoring its implementation during all phases of the project execution.
To ensure that the quality policy of the company is achieved.
Ensuring that all the specification requirements are maintained, and company own system is compatible.
Organize and conducted audits on the company operation & Perform internal quality audits.
Ensure the procedures and methods of testing and inspection are maintained.
Handle all quality issues with project management and liaise with the project owner representative
To handle the customer complaints on quality and investigate.
To train and ensure the competency of the employees.
Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC staff on site.
The position also involves setting up and providing quality training for the project personnel.
Worked with Bonatti as their QC Manager for the Replacement of KRT-2 Pipeline and Day lighting Lateral lines SJ-1, QJ-2 and QJ-3. The Scope of Work describes the minimum requirements for replacement of KRT -2 Crude Oil Pipeline between Km 106 (Near Kursaniyah Trap Area) and Km 199 (Near RasTanura Refinery) and day lighting of four (3) pipeline laterals ( QJ-2 and QJ-3) between Juaymah Terminal and Trap Area located approximately 400 m outside the terminal fence.
For Day lighting the job consists of fourteen Hot taps along with the line replacement. For KRT-2 pipe line (approx. 92 Kms) must be constructed hydro tested, lay upped prior to handing over the line to the proponent.
Worked as QA manager for SEP, KEMYA project for Sales Gas Delivery System (ARAMCO LINE) under Daelim Saudi Arabia. Al- Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kemya) is a joint ventire between SABIC Company and EXOONMOBIL Company in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. Kemya is installing a new chemical complex in the Industrial City to Manufacture Elastomers . Kemya requires Sales Gas (Fuel gas) for their Manufacturing Processes. New Sales Gas Custody Metering System will also be provided under this project.
This Project consists of a hot tie-in and a new custody metering skid will be installed to supply Sales Gas to Kemya.There will also be new flow computer and Communication Equipment will be located inside the excisting metering control room also located within the existing meter station compound.
My responsibilities are to endure:

Today, AYTB has become one of the leading project management, construction and fabrication contractors in Saudi Arabia and Qatar for the supply of medium sized installations, providing responsive and innovative solutions to these vital industries. AYTB is doing Off plot pipe line project for SADARA as a main contractor and I am deployed as their project QA manager. My responsibilities are:
Coordinating with Corporate QA Manager and Site QC Manager about the quality assurance requirements of the project.
Timely Preparation, review and submission of the PQP, Procedures and ITP for the client review and approval as per contract requirements.
Hydro test package review and approval prior to submission for client.
MCC package preparation with registration and submission for final acceptance.
Coordinating and attending the internal QMS and program audits and providing proper dispositions for observations and NCRs after consulting with concerned departments.
Conducting Management review meeting and submitting the MOM to client as per contractual requirement.
Woongnam is subcontractor to Daewoo EPC for their mechanical works for fabrication of Tanks for this Sadara Project. Here my responsibility includes
Monitoring and implementing site inspection activities of QC inspectors, coordinating with SATORP QC team, Project Management Team and Construction representatives.
Coordinates with third party NDT services, Sub contractors and client inspectors.
Proposing the corrective and preventive action for non-confirmations raised during construction phase, internal audits and SADARA assessments.
Review and approval of QC documents as per the project requirements & co-ordinate with third party for the procedure qualification, welder qualification etc.

The project scope is spread across five main areas of King Fahad Industrial Port (KFIP) area like the Royal Commission Corridor, the SASREF Pipe Corridor, the Tank Farm Area, Berth 54 and Jetty Corridor from RC Corridor, Berth 62 and Jetty Corridor To Berth 62 from RC Corridor, including the fabrication and installation of piping /pipeline spools installation of equipment, erection of structures, Civil activities and pipe racks.
Worked as QC Manager for the said project, assigned to monitor and implement site inspection activities of QC inspectors, coordinate with SATORP QC team, Project Management Team and Construction representatives.
Assisting QA manager in MQMR preparation and assuring the submission of the same to the client every month before fifteenth. Also involved in reviewing and achieving the two week look ahead inspection schedule for construction activities through required quality. Reviewing and approving weekly welder performance report, weekly weld rejection and weld summary report etc.
Assigning the job to QC engineers and inspectors. Coordinates with third party NDT services, Sub contractors and client inspectors, hence helping QA Manager.
Assist with the internal, SATORP and ISO audit team during project assessment Planning, coordinating and conducting the internal audit as per schedule including sub contractors.
Proposing the corrective and preventive action for non confirmations raised during construction phase, internal audits and SATORP assessments.
Monitoring the smooth operation of document control. (DCC)
Review and approval the QC related documents like procedures, ITP’s, WPS of vendors, subcontractors and ensure the inspections are carried out as per the inspection level requirements.
Review and approval of QC documents as per the project requirements & co-ordinate with third party for the procedure qualification, welder qualification etc.
Worked for the above Saudi Aramco Project, Qatif as QC supervisor for M/S Al- Joaib & Partners Co. This project consists of flow lines for water injection wells at Qatif well site W-21.

Worked with Qatar Petroleum (QP) as lead QC inspector Mechanical in Dukan area. Also got opportunity to work in Bahrain as Qatar Gas representative for their Ship loader which is fabricated and pre commissioned at Nass Mechanical Contracting Company W.L.L. The main Contractor is Voest Alpine Material Handling, Austria. As a resident engineer for Qatar Gas my duties includes the overall work assessment which consists of fabrication, NDT check, pre-commissioning and the factory acceptance before transporting to Doha.
Also I worked as TPI for CTJV (Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture) for their work at Ras Lafan plant Qatar from Dec 2006 to March 2007. My responsibilities are the inspection of the Air Cooled Heat Exchangers during there assembly and installation. It includes the material inspection while received at site, dimensional checks, the shaft verticality, blade angle, tip clearance, alignment between fan and motor etc. as per API 661.

Worked with Khalda Petroleum Company (KPC), a joint venture between
Apache Crop and the Egyptian General Petroleum Company (EGPC) plan to
develop the QASR gas field in the Western Desert of the Arab Republic Of
Egypt.
❖ The QASR gas and condensate field is initially planned to consist of eight
wells with a further eight to follow after first gas, linked to a manifold and
processing facilities at QASR. The part of development also includes the
export of gas and condensate from this manifold to manifold at Shams
followed to the exciting processing plants at Tarek and Obayied through new
pipe line. The design is done by JP KENNY.
❖ As a Mechanical Engineer my duties includes arrangement of the work as per
the P and ID, Isometrics as per the required specifications, Installation, Punch
listing, Hydro testing and pre Commissioning before handing over the system.
Inspection and Installation of equipments like Test Separators, Three phase
production Separators, Oily Water treatment and Degassing equipment, Flare
system, Air-cooled heat exchangers, process and utility pumps etc comes
