• Handling Key High-Value Accounts. Generating business from existing corporate customers and creating new leads. Establishing New and Strengthening Existing Channels through Partners.
• Managing the Sales Process - Customer Relationship Building, Requirement Analysis, RFP response, Proposals for and Presentations to Senior or Board Level Executives, CIOs and IT Managers. Achieve assigned Business and Collection Targets.

While in this role I Created a Full Fledged Marketing Plan for O2 Active (A mobile web proposition) and suggested recommendations for improving the same through a Direct Response Plan and a Marketing campaign. Understood the function and working of the CRM, Segments, P & L/ Trading Departments besides the Mobile Web & Portals team that I was a part of myself . Worked closely with members from these departments and in particular contact planners for campaign management. Was present during the O2 Priority Moments App Launch, International Extras Promotion and other related campaigns. Tracked the Itunes Festival promotion, via the various channels available at Telefonica O2. Created reports to measure the efficiency of the Mobile Web Portal - O2 Active ( that I helped to manage), as a channel for the Itunes Festival Campaign.
While in this role my responsibilities included recruiting new members, creating, selecting and delivering content. Reporting to the Head of RU:ON TV. This also involved Organizing resources, market research and conducting branding/ PR and marketing activities within the university and via social media websites. The News show was selected as the "Most Improved Programme for the year 2010-11"
I was the first point of contact with regard to communications both in and out of our office. Handled client enquiries via email, telephone and in person. Development of the company website- digital marketing, content management, web- designing. Data- Entry and Optimization of existing systems. Identifying Cost- Saving Opportunities especially in Procurement of Oil, Gas, Marine, Safety and Drilling Equipment.
