1. Provide industry insight and thought leadership in governing solutions across Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) projects on Financial Service and Insurance domain.
2. Directs team in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the Banking, Financial Services and Universal vertical within the practice.
3. Single point of contact to oversee project goals involving complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
4. Manages day-to-day delivery to ensure team is meeting or exceeding contractual and service level obligations to customers from a solution perspective by liaising with PM, Configuration Lead and Development Lead
5. Builds strong relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are achieved by ensuring that scope outlined in contract is delivered to customer on time, within the agreed budget and with the highest quality.
6. Work with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (as required) to lead, mentor and monitor the performance of team members and working out career plan based on the areas of interest within project.
7. Lead regular reviews to identify any risks and potential escalations and support project teams to outline the mitigation strategies and execute the same. Pitch in as needed to manage client escalations.
8. Defining the program governance, schedule governance meetings with stakeholders, manage stakeholder communication and work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business and achieve revenue, order booking and pipeline targets.
9. Act as the trusted partner for the clients on all aspects related to ORMB and its implementation across the projects managed.

1. Managing the engineering activities of strategic accounts of Fusion Corporate Channels, including planning, scheduling, monitoring of progress, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within budget and quality.
2. Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them and coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.
3. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, partners, and other internal/external stakeholders involved in the project.
4. Communicating progress on projects to senior management and other stakeholders as needed
5. Engage with strategic partners to augment resources for development and responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of identifying partner resources and onboarding them including creation of partner Budget, Purchase Orders, statement of work and co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders for review and sign-off.
