• Provides Technical Support to Sales Coordinators to prepare & submit project processing and approval related documentation.
• Support Customers with technical details of products and test standards.
• Coordinates & Rectifies all technical documents provided to external parties.
• Coordinates with technical department to prepare technical drawings for projects processing and preparing Method Statements for the manufactured products.
• Coordinates with Executive Director and Project Manager to prepare and redesign marketing materials.
• Responsible for the coordination of the design development of Company’s Catalogues and other Marketing materials.
• Responsible in preparation of the Marketing tools required by the Executive Director and Project Manager for meetings and promotions.
• Coordinates with Production Department of confirming product availability and production completion status.
• Coordinates with stores department for logistics and product dispatch.
• Ensures the packing lists and other documents related to dispatch are prepared in an orderly manner.
• Coordinates with Purchase department for the approval of suppliers and materials for the Marketing.
• Coordinates with QA/QC Department to provide inspection reports which is DFT report, etc to external parties.
• Coordinates with various Certification Agencies for new product certifications.
• Coordinate with various Program Operators for Product Certification.
• Preparation of Pre-qualification documents for various customers/projects such as Oil Companies, Government, DMW, Substations etc.
• Preparing Technical Submittals related to Fire Protection & Detection system to obtain approvals from concerned authority.
• Monitor and review the Material submittals / Documents prepared by the coordinators.
• Crosschecking Daily / Weekly reports with the current status / time schedules for the job requests and forward to the Department Manager for verification.
• Follow-up client’s request and other deliverables.
• Verify the comments received from the Consultant and revising the material submittals by discussing with the related sales man.
• Controlling and Maintaining Proper Documentation of all the files including material submittal request, comment sheets and approvals from the consultant.
• Checking and organizing all department correspondence, Memos, Letters and E-mails.
• Tender documents, Enquiries, Quotations, Daily/Weekly/Monthly management reports etc.
• Having proper documentation of all the executed and running projects
• Controlling and Maintaining Proper Documentation of all the files including material submittal job requests, comment sheets and approvals from the consultant.
• BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration • HSE - Higher Secondary Education
• S.S.L.C TECHNICAL COURSES • Diploma in Computer Application • AutoCAD 2005, 2007 • Certification in Computer Awareness Course (MS Office, Internet and Email application)
