• Conduct QA reviews on SDLC process for Enterprise releases and sample Off Cycle releases, to report on non-compliance and provide recommendations to enhance current process.
• Conduct QA review on select IT Projects to report on non-compliance and provide recommendations to enhance current process.
• Conduct COBIT5 assessments for IT processes as per yearly plan.
• Perform ad-hoc QA reviews on IT processes as per management direction.
• Follow-up on previous QA recommendations provided from previous reviews.
• Collect, review, and analyze Internal/External Audit requirements from different areas and forward them to Internal/External Audit within agreed time frame.
• Coordinate between internal teams and Internal audit, External audit, Consultants etc. to ensure compliance to regulatory authorities’ requirements such as CBK.
• Assist in audit issues tracking, follow up with different units to ensure timely closure of issues and reconcile the list of audit issues.
• Participates in analyzing and documenting RCSA, monitor progress in performing RCSA, assist in reviewing and updating on-going and completed RCSA.
• Participate in IT RCSAs and assists in following up on agreed action plan to address the risks.
• Maintain repository of all audit reports, incident reports, audit issues, RCSA activities and QA recommendations on SharePoint.
• Publish IT KRI consolidated report after collecting and analyzing monthly/quarterly/annually KRIs from various units within IT.
• Report IT KRI values to IT Risk Management.
• Follow-up implementation of action plans, and validate evidences for closure, and confirms to IT Risk.
• Follow-up on ISO security issues periodically with the respective teams within IT to ensure timely closures.
• Perform independent validation of data in the CIO Balanced Score Card pack.
• Administer and maintain IT Library which contains all technical documentations from multiple departments such as IT, ISO, PMO etc.
• Publish quarterly reports to all stakeholders and senior management on the status of the documents within the IT Library.
• Assists in coordinating with various stakeholders within IT on compliance related matters.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior management.
• Conducting Process / store Quality audit(s) ensuring adherence to company's quality procedures and standards. Reporting audit findings and evaluating effectiveness of corrective actions and proposing preventive actions.
• Writing & updating standard operations procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI), and policies as and when required. Responsible for modification, drafting of quality assurance related procedures and work instructions.
• Generate KPI reports for senior Business Leaders with regards to Quality Assurance.
• Integral part of Project Management teams tasked with initiatives rolled out to ensure adherence to compliance.
• Provides key root cause analysis to help identify and reduce potential complaints and improve overall customer experience.
• Develops reports used to identify process failures and provide recommended steps to prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor, detect & identify quality trends and patterns using established methodological approach(s).
• Data churning, data mining, data set extraction, MI reporting of monthly complaints facilitating decision making for the senior management.
• Mentoring and developing staff using a supportive and collaborative approach - assigning accountabilities, setting objectives, establishing priorities, monitoring and evaluating job results.
• Handling Quality Assurance department with respect to ISO 9001 & 14001for both Sulaiman Al Qudaibi Co. for GRP Products and Sulaiman Ahmed Al Qudaibi Co. for Resin Production.
• Ascertaining that QC activities are performed in compliance with product license commitments and company quality standards. Ensuring company’s QMS & Environment Management System is compliant with ISO standard (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) requirements.
• Spearheading process standardization to maintain uniform quality requirements and reporting the same to the management.
• Following standard operating procedures, manuals & work instructions for quality production operations, ensuring strict quality standards are met.
• Pivotal role in maintaining CSAT by conducting, implementing & monitoring company’s customer satisfaction policies & surveys.
