HR Operations
• Supervising the complete HR service work flow.
• Handled recruitment including telephonic interviews for applicant screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating interviews, tests etc.
• Prepared offer letters for senior levels as per the advice of the Regional HR Manager and proper follow up to ensure a smooth joining process.
• Managing the completing on-boarding procedure i.e. from document collection to visa issuance in liaise with the PRO.
• Ensure that employee proceedings are in line with UAE regulations .
• Ensure their Emp ID, IT access has been initiated and set before the new hires join.
• Facilitate the induction program for new hires and allocate them with their line managers.
• Give input in developing policies and procedure to the HR Manager
• Coordinate employee trainings and updating the training records.
• Coordinate with external Trainers and ensure the execution is smooth.
• To ensure that all internal and external training requests are organized on time.
• Handled Insurance : Health & Life
• Compliance with performance evaluation system
• Manage the employee exit processes.
• Handled employee issues and assisted the Regional HR Manager to resolve the same.
• Other HR duties assigned by the Regional HR Manager
• Maintain the HR database ensuring this is up-to-date and accurate.
• Administer HR related documentation, such as producing offer letters, contracts of employment, Issuing salary certificate, NOCs etc. as per the employee requests.

• Creation and Execution of Probation Review \[Forms & completion letter\].
• Provide HR business support and policy advice to business heads and line managers. This includes handling employee relations.
• Responsible for the employee database which has highly confidential information.
• Proficient in WPS.
• Calculate and prepare EOS settlements and HR letters to staff.

Training Coordination
• Assist the Learning & Development system.
• Inform the managers prior on the upcoming trainngs.
• Sending out invites to the team and finalizing the attendees.
• Coordinate for the poster design and printing.
• Arrange the training room according to the requirements by the trainers.
• Arrange for breakfast and lunch.
• Distributes handouts of the topic, feedback forms and stationary.
• Click pictures for the monthly HR snap shots.
• Summarize the feedback form.
• Sends out a summary of the trainings held and its cost to the Regional HR head
