• Consult for Enterprises for Network Optimization and Security. Bringing together a focus of strong Design, Presentation and implementation skills to lead successful projects. • Get on Onboarding Calls for new customers and understand client requirements and accordingly propose design recommendations and Implement solutions. • Implementing major network changes with minimum downtime. • Working directly with TAC for appropriate products incase of Severity 1 and 2 incidents which is causing maximum impact. • Worked on Cisco ASA Firewalls. Have implemented Site to Site VPN tunnels and also configured HA in firewalls supporting VPN. • Daily Firewall rule base changes on Cisco ASA.

• Handling, monitoring and Troubleshooting User network. • Evaluate product diagnostics reports, error reports, and logs to isolate network and/or equipment issues. •Analyse and interpret existing LAN/WAN infrastructures: provide information, advice or instructions and assist in problem resolution. • Coordinate problem-solving efforts between customers, NOC personnel, 3rd party vendors, partners, and field service personnel. • Maintain contact with field support engineers to ensure that repair procedures are followed and updates customer with status of field repairs. • Troubleshooting issues related to Cisco routers and switches, hp CES
