To attend walk-in clients to the branch and assist them with scheme related queries and e transfer fund
Coordination with the other colleagues on phone who`s gone on call
To attend the clients over the phone or via email and provide them required login related information which helps the client to redeem their point
Provide information related to the document e g : kyc to the clients etc.
Solving the problem of the clients on phone who visited to the bank branch of HDFC
To stay updated with any new scheme and plans, share this information with the client needed.
To work in coordination with the other staff members at the company and outside the company.
Make the deal between clients and company .
Buying and selling new and old properties.
Checking the paper work at both sides clients as well as company and many from responsibility.
