 To attend walk-in clients to the branch and assist them with scheme related queries and e transfer fund
 Coordination with the other colleagues on phone who`s gone on call
 To attend the clients over the phone or via email and provide them required login related information which helps the client to redeem their point
 Provide information related to the document e g : kyc to the clients etc.
 Solving the problem of the clients on phone who visited to the bank branch of HDFC
 To stay updated with any new scheme and plans, share this information with the client needed.
 To work in coordination with the other staff members at the company and outside the company.

Make the deal between clients and company .
Buying and selling new and old properties.
Checking the paper work at both sides clients as well as company and many from responsibility.
