• Project 2 : Fairmont Hotel & Serviced Apartments

Key Responsibilities
• Prepared monthly payment application and follow up the Engineers approval and timely on account payment in line with the contractual clauses.
• Identifying the additional contractual works, estimation of variations, negotiation and finalizing with the Engineer.
• Manage a compilation of the subcontract agreements including the payments, variations, final account and other contractual obligations
• Updating subcontractors/suppliers payments certificates, invoices, drawing details and preserve the tracking.
• Attending commercial meetings with the client, negotiating and agreeing on claims and variations..
• Prepare documentation, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules, to be sent to subcontractors and suppliers for quotations during the bidding process using industry standard softwares .
• Collaborated with project teams to identify opportunities for value engineering, where cost-effective alternatives are proposed without compromising quality or functionality.
• Analysed and evaluated tender submissions from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assess bids for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Participated in vendor negotiations and procurement activities to secure the best pricing for materials and services.
• Conducted thorough site visits and assessments to assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies, resulting in on-time and on-budget project completions.
• Maintained accurate and organized records of cost estimates, contracts, and related documentation while ensuring its reliability and accurate.
• Responsible for the works relating Valuation submission, Approval and Payment
• Preparing and Agreeing the Variations / Additional works for the Projects
• Finalizing the sub-contractors for the Project, monitoring their Progress of works and release payment accordingly
• Detailed study of the specifications and drawings of the projects, to identify the scope of work, materials etc.
• Visiting the site and evaluating the present conditions of the site & Preparing Tender queries (if any)
• Assist in provision of commercial and contractual progress based on the contract documents and industry standards documents such as methods of measurement
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence

Outline
• Project : City Land Mall Hypermarket constructed as part of major retail development, adjacent to Global Village, being developed as part of ambitious project.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage contract documents, including the contract agreement, drawing, specifications, and other relevant paper work
• Administer change orders, variations, and other contract amendments
• Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the construction phase
• Prepared interim payment applications and certificates for payment
• Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of construction work
• Drafting correspondences/Tender queries
• Assisting in contract drafting and compilation of Contract Agreement.
• Managing manpower and labour costs while ensuring that lying within the budget
• Attending commercial meetings with the client, negotiating and agreeing on claims and variations.
• Taking-off quantities using software tools and prepare BOQ as per the applicable methods of measurement.
• Manage a compilation of the subcontract agreements including the payments, variations, final account and other contractual obligations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations

• Project : Rehabilitation / Improvement and Maintenance of 80.93km rural roads (i Road Project)

Key Responsibilities
• Quantity take-off / verify the provided BOQ quantities
• Checking the subcontractor payment and preparing the payment certificate
• Identifying and ensuring the variation with project team
• Preparing Material Reconciliation Record
• Checking and certifying the supplier invoices based on the delivery note and LPO.
• Material procurement and take-off.
• Prepare monthly/weekly progress reports
• Preparing bar-bending schedule based on drawing and requesting an order.
• Reporting to Commercial Manager.
