Routine Maintenance for HVAC controls at National Grid

• Routine check, troubleshooting and maintenance of National Grids HVAC system for Western Region
• Clearing of alarms and notifications of SCADA for HVAC system and maintenance of package units and
its controls.
• Direct coordination and communication with NGs personnel on urgent requests and clarification with
regards to the operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for contractors for controls work and projects due for improvement.
• Estimates and orders of parts and materials needed for repair.
• Daily reports and updates to Service Manager.

• Overseeing the machine functionality by monitoring the preventive maintenance of electrical controls
and instrumentation of the industrial machines. Atends daily operational meetings.
• Handles technicians and maintenance personnel for ensuring the continuous production operation
and lessen its downtime for maximum reliability.
• Involve in the preparation to procurement to installation until commissioning of the newly purchased
machines and equipment to put in-line.
• Responsible for the process change form documents and coordination with different departments on
any modification, addition and decommissioning of machines and utilities.
• Coordinates with the OEM for equipment failure, spare parts and controls delivery/upgrade.
• Secures calibration of all factory instruments that will affect quality of the product output which has to
comply with the food safety and hazard analysis of critical control points.
• Maintain all machine PLC back up program and hardware availability together with its spare parts.
• In-charge in the Factory substation, Generator, Transformers, Compressor, FDAS, PABX, Machine
Automation and other utilities.

• Securing the Electrical, Fire and Electronics system of buiding layouts for labor execution on site,
following its plan specifications by the designer as approved by owner.
• Ensure that the progress is within the approved project schedule.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Prepare reports as required.

• Ensures stalls and carts designs are compliant to the companys layout.
• Meeting time frame for franchisees deadlines.
• Securing mall permits and compliance with their requirements before every
opening of stores for
Franchisee turnover.
• Reports to the owner/ President for every completed projects.

• Estimates BOQ for electrical, electronics and FDAS of the building
• Secures every rectifications are well noted specially with additional materials to
ensure continuous layout meeting the scheduled concrete pourings.
• Reports to the Project-in-charge.
