As store manager my duties were managing the store, IN/OUT tasks, quality controlling, supervising and scheduling the employees, budget planning, sales running, recruiting and interviewing potential new candidates, maintaining the highest extent of the place cleanliness and order, reporting to General Manager (GM).

At that 4 stars hotel, which is an integrated part of the Royal Jordanian Airline, as FBQC my duties were to enforce and maintain the highest level of hygienic practices in all hotel facilities with focus on the kitchen and other food storage, preparation and serving areas, and to teach and get the staff to follow and apply the principles of personal hygiene and to practice the good manufacturing procedures in food preparation and serving, closely watching and supervising the employees, receiving food and beverage materials delivered to the hotel, assuring their compliance in quality and quantity according to the hotel's standards and regulations, reporting directly to the hotel GM.
