Supervise the kitchen facilities and staff members, meal planning for patients to meet their medical conditions needs according to physician's diagnosis and recommendations, receiving and ordering their kitchen needs, supervising and closely watching hygienic processes, sanitizations and cleanness in the hospital facilities.
At this nationwide multi-stores NPO, in USA, which is dealing with both new and pre-owned various materials and home appliances, by collecting, sorting, and re-selling them through their multiple stores, with aim to raise funds to accomplish their programs and projects to help the local community and people in needs.
As store manager my duties were managing the store, IN/OUT tasks, quality controlling, supervising and scheduling the employees, budget planning, sales running, recruiting and interviewing potential new candidates, maintaining the highest extent of the place cleanliness and order, reporting to General Manager (GM).
As hands-on manager, my duties were, but not limited to, menu planning, managing the facilities, ordering and receiving, maintaining the highest hygienic practices and cleanness at all food-processing stages, supervising the staff, planning daily and monthly budgets and reporting to GM.
At this small family owned restaurant, my duties were to cooperate with, and to assist the Owner/Manager to run the house, sticking with the excellent customer service, helping in the back of the house in food preparations, menu planning, budget proofing, teaching and supervising the staff to apply food safety practices and regulations on themselves and in all food handling, processing, and serving levels.

At that 4 stars hotel, which is an integrated part of the Royal Jordanian Airline, as FBQC my duties were to enforce and maintain the highest level of hygienic practices in all hotel facilities with focus on the kitchen and other food storage, preparation and serving areas, and to teach and get the staff to follow and apply the principles of personal hygiene and to practice the good manufacturing procedures in food preparation and serving, closely watching and supervising the employees, receiving food and beverage materials delivered to the hotel, assuring their compliance in quality and quantity according to the hotel's standards and regulations, reporting directly to the hotel GM.
