Responsibilities:
§ Head of QAQC department. Managing Inspection Services contract with manning plan of 7 inspectors and 1 Inspection Services QAQC Manager reporting to me.
§ Planning and managing QAQC head count and QAQC work-scoping for WHP, Brownfield and Flexible risers.
§ Prepare QAQC specific disciplines Job Descriptions.
§ Prepare MSR, Scope of work, ITB and other related documents for Turnkey Inspection Services contract.
§ Develop COMPANY PQP, Project QAQC Execution plan, QAQC specifications and procedures.
§ Support FEED team in monitoring compliance to QA standard on FEED contractor.
§ Review and approve Contractor’s PQP, PSPs, QAQC Deliverables during DDE.
§ Review and approve Vendor/Supplier PSP and QAQC deliverables during project execution.
§ Part of East Cendor ITB preparation team and Technical Evaluation committee for EPCIC Contract.
§ Conducted presentation to Petrofac’s Bid committee regarding QAQC Inspection Services contracts and execution.
§ Prepare audit planning, implemented and as Lead Auditor for Project and Internal Audit.
§ Prepare and Presenting Monthly QAQC progress reporting to Project Management team.
§ Member of site HSE committee.

§ Planning and managing QAQC team with 14 multi discipline Inspectors/ Engineers.
§ Reviewed and approved PSPs, FSP, ITPs and PQMPs.
§ Chair weekly QAQC meeting with team and client.
§ Conduct Quality Induction for staffs and key personnel.
§ Liaise with Client’s representative and sub-contractor’s QC on assuring quality is implemented.
§ Prepared audit planning implemented and as Lead Auditor for Project and Internal Audit. Part of committee for ISO 9001: 2015 migration.
§ Monitor NDT progress and cost.
§ Ensuring Project KPI are achieved and implemented.
