Working as a Site Engineer responsible for the following.

Job Responsibilities as Site Engineer:
• Currently Working as Deputy Director (Supervisor) at National Transmission & Dispatch Company.
• Supervising all constructional activities from Design level up to commissioning level as per Design Drawings with proper report writing to higher ups.
• Arrangement of materials for ongoing works at diferent projects.
• Keeping close liaison with other departments for timely completion of projects.
• Conducting surprise visits of the site for checking safety SOP by workers.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of all equipment as per design standards and operating codes.
• Progress review with all stakeholder and discussing possible delays avoidance.
• Preparation of Progress reports and inspection reports and its submission to higher ups.
• Conducting Safety seminars for employees and training of employees regarding safety and technicality of the system on monthly basis.

• Managing project resources timely and eficiently while utilizing my project Management skills.
• Monitor project progress and performance and identify opportunities for improvements in order to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordination with Protection team for protection of equipment at commissioning level as well as during any untoward situations while system is in operations.
• Supervising all commissioning tests of equipment and comparing the results with FATs as well as preparation of technical reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize multi task eficiently.
