Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public.
Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
Selecting tools and materials.
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
Maintaining quality control procedures
finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up.
Assessing and minimizing risk
writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
Develop new qualified merchants in the designated area, collect their informations and register on the Opay/Opos platform.
Update and maintain the online menus of the merchants, conduct training about usage of the QR code on the App and explain platform activities.
Hold merchants salon and industry meeting in cooperation with BD manager.
Develop new users in the designated area, attract them to buy and pay on Opay/Opos platform.
Implement activities designed by the company to achieve re-order of old users.
Collect questions and problems of merchants and users report to the manager.
Cashier/Front-teller:
Managing the customer in daily transactions (deposit and withdrawal of money).
Local transfer of funds.
Revenues collections.
Collection of institutions fee.
Collection of dividend warrant and draft.
Admin Support Staff:
Handling other banks cheques (clearing cheques).
Monitoring the operations expenses.
Monitoring the working condition of machineries.
Ensure the perfect working condition of the office computers.
Packing and store all the daily vouchers for call-over of transactions.
Make arrangement for fueling the machine daily.
Monitoring the branch P&L account.
Customer Service Officer:
Daily opening of account.
Balance enquiries.
Statement of account for customers.
Issuance of ATM card.
Attends customers complain with immediate effect.
Sales of banks products to customers.
Attends to both internal and external official mail.
Proper filling of customer documents with upmost secret.
Advice customers on how to managing the account.
Issuance of cheque books.
Gallery Support Staff:
Making sure all ATM terminals are paying.
Load machine before Cash-Out.
Attend to customers complaints same day.
Monitoring of all ATM gadget facials, camera, keypad etc.
Confirm any dispense error before reversal.
Reversal of customers dispensed error after 24hrs.
Proofing of atm differences.
Maintenance of atm machines for good working conditions.
Daily evacuation of atm deposit machine.
