• Responsible for internal purchases
• Organizing company conferences and events
• Manage airline and hotel reservations
• Supporting the logistic team whenever needed \[Following up MOH approvals - EPA approvals delivering shipments MOH\]
• Supporting the tendering team in preparing quotations and tender's preparation.
