▪ Industrial processes optimization (using pinch analysis), while participating in a large-scale foods energy efficiency project; "Solar Foods", which included 14 Austrian foods factories, using internally developed software (MS Excel and Python) and CAD software for modelling and simulation.
▪ Energy auditing (industrial and commercial), while adhering to the Austrian and European standards in calculating loads, gas emissions, and insulation characteristics.

With an emphasis in the curriculum on: * Industrial control and automation (PLC and process engineering), as well as embedded systems * Design and testing of mechanical elements and components (Mechanical design using CAD) * Computer aided data acquisition and analysis using several software tools (MATLAB, LabView, ANSYS) And two graduation projects: * A food packaging machine for the Halawani foods factory in Jordan, using FESTO's servo- pneumatic equipment (design, simulation, and implementation through integrating it into the production line) * An electrical wheelchair with a voice-interface (design, simulation, and implementation with a prototype)
