I was involved in a quality management project in order to conduct my university Masters thesis. Various skills were involved which include; understanding the manufacturers progress on the current aluminum quality issue, development of a project plan along with timelines and a budget in order to meet the required objectives of the project, conducting weekly project status meetings to update stakeholders of the project progress and of any issues faced and communicating and working with other global manufacturers that faced similar issues in order to understand how they tackled similar product quality issues. Project results were presented to management with them giving the go ahead to implements the proposed solutions.
