 Assure that suppliers' products (documentation and hardware) meet

 Perform status audits at supplier's facilities and project sites when

scope changes adversely impact project schedule
 Report to Project Director/Manager current status of critical materials
and equipment
 To remain in frequent contact with project Directors/Managers to ensure

delivery will be possible on pre-determined date
 To prepare contingency plans for late deliveries or defective materials
 To solve other problems, such as operation going over budget or project
needing more materials than planned.
