1) 105m project which consists of construction/improvements of existing roads and intersections for the RTA
2) 76m project which consists of the renovation of 2 buildings inside AUS.
3) 67m project which consists of continuing the remaining works for a 60m deep indoor diving facility for the RTA.
4) 203m project which consists of the construction of 6 Public Bus Stations for the RTA.
5) 45m project which consisted of an expansion to the Eastside Terminal inside SIA.
6) 134m project which consisted of the construction of a College of Engineering Building inside AUS.
7) 158m infrastructure project in Arjan.
Key Responsibilities:-
1) Responsible for preparing various levels of schedules as envisaged for a project.
2) Assimilate scope of work and assist in preparing WBS and other associated schedule preparation activities for an assigned project.
3) Monitor the work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones and prepare periodic progress reports like weekly/monthly.
4) Develop reporting templates, including executive level reports, progress reports, project dashboards.
5) Visiting the site to maintain a constantly updated schedule in Primavera 6 on a weekly basis.
6) Interact with engineering & procurement disciplines in preparing/updating of technical document register & procurement tracking register as required.
7) Review the subcontractors’ proposal on project execution and schedule.
8) Constantly updating key stakeholders of the status/constraints of the assigned project.
9) Review progress reports and presentations, analyze trends, and identifies schedule risks and mitigation plans.
10) Present the schedule/progress in related meetings.
11) Generation of monthly Cash flow projection and resources histograms.
12) Utilizing BIM to produce progress reports.
13) Submission of claims for Extension of Time (EOT) by utilizing the Time Impact Analysis.
Worked on 4 Billion (SAR) project which consisted of the construction of the Medical City for the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center. The total project involved the build of a medical, administrative, technical, logistics and housing services facility. The construction programme consisted of the following buildings; Main Cardiology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Medical Departments, Advanced Oncology Center, Pediatric Center, Research Center, Academic Center, Training Center, and finally Main Administrative Building.
Key Responsibilities:-
1) Visiting the site to maintain a constantly updated schedule in Primavera 6 on a weekly basis for the assigned buildings.
2) Participated in developing, establishing, and maintaining the company’s project cost /control systems.
3) Assisted the project team in setting up the project WBS, project cost codes, and the project baseline budget.
4) Producing Cost performance data & Key Performance Indices for project progression.
5) Coordinating with the site to ensure daily reports are sent & reviewed to ensure the information is accurate and can therefore be used to produce summary sheets for senior management.
6) Weekly meeting with managers and site engineers to record all the issues & constraints
across the site which could then be further analysed.
7) Performance sheets were produced for various activities for example concrete, shop drawings,
materials, etc.
8) Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to consultant.
9) Progress reporting from BIM.
10) Developing the Cash flow and manpower histogram from P6.
11) Developing trend analysis sheets for various works.
12) Reviewed the subcontractor’s schedules and liaised with them to correct any scheduling norms.
13) Submission of claims for EOT.
