• To prepare the project schedule according to the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities in conjunction with required timeline
• Resource's estimation and loading in P6 plan.
• Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms.
• Progress Measurement using S Curves.
• Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentation to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review.
• Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram.
• To maintain an overall master schedule of the project.
• To update the master schedule according to the updates received from the project team.
• To point out critical path and areas of concern.
• To control and coordinate all activities related to project planning and reporting.
• To monitor progress through the construction process and prepare reports in which the planned vs. actual progress is highlighted.
• Liaise with the project teams through the project making adjustments where necessary.
• To maintain awareness of major client requirement for planning and scheduling services.
• Preparation of Extension of Time claim to use different type on Claim methods, i.e. As-built as Planned, Impacted As-planned, Window Analysis, Time Impact Analysis.
• Assessment and Analyses of Extension of Time.
