• Providing legal advices in different fields.
• Reviewing policies and developing efficient legal processes that appropriately mitigate risk for diverse business and commercial deal models.
• Chairs legal department meetings, project consistency, and efficiency initiatives, and compliance management.
• Structures and negotiates commercial contracts, tenders, partnership arrangements, etc.
• Represent the company in the courts.
• Implement governance policies, processes and procedures and develop reports on compliance of the governance regulations.
• Develop and review disclosure forms for the board and senior management and report for conflict of interest cases
• Development Legal Strategies and operational plan to identify legal issues of concern to management and develop effective practical solutions to increased revenues and institution profits.
• Contribute to the development of the legal and integrity policies and programs.
• Managing risks and determining the financial cost and legal requirements in contract.
• Manage all legal matters and reviewing franchise license agreements and high-profile clients contracts
•Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contract documents, consultancy agreements.
•Overseeing all legal matters and providing legal consultancy, which will include litigation or disputes, corporate governance, labor and employment and regulatory matters.
•Represent the company in litigation cases.
• Managing and coordinating the ordinary and extraordinary general associations of the company.
• Executing the decisions issued by the association in order to verify the integrity of the company's laws and decisions that don’t conflict with the laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
• Represent the company in front of various government agencies.
