1. Manage Oracle implementation phase in for Jubail Factory and phase out legacy system.
2. Manager the Master Data for Oracle modules: planning and purchasing/ Manufacturing / inventory
3. End User Training- Inventroy and Manufacturing modules.
4. Update All the SOP and procedures for the Factory to match the Oracle system.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Ensures HSE and 5S targets in all purchasing, planning and logistics areas
Drive the Backlog weekly Review and ensure late backlog reduction
- Drive the Service Levels continuous improvement through good planning and purchasing practices
- Proposes the Yearly Inventory plan and its monthly and quarterly updates
- Manages the load in accordance with Planning rules such as Delivery Prospectus application and Date Management
- Drive the volume of Available Kits complete to be sustained at acceptable levels

- Support the Oracle recovery performance and System knowledge across the teams

Responsibilities:
• Planning for raw materials required for all of the company's factories across KSA, ensuring their availability in the right quantities at the right price all year round.
• Formulating an annual purchase plan based on budgetary estimates, creating purchase requisitions and adapting requests to the EOQ, MPR and min-max methods.
• Issuing vendor schedule advices to company suppliers inclusive of 3M planning estimates, expediting order processing with suppliers to achieve stock targets and ensuring the avoidance of a zero stock situation.
• Managing and monitoring the movement of all materials with due relevance to associated transportation logistics and ensuring optimal usage of all available resources to execute delivery as per schedule.
• Negotiating to with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply, assigning and setting system for suppliers reliability based on factors of price, reliability, lead time and quality.
• Scheduling bi-weekly meetings to discuss the next 6M forecast, reviewing the last monthly sales performance and forecasting future performance based on the marketing plan, forthcoming 6M and new products.
• Updating the system with regards to BOM changes, master file records, planning parameters and customer orders, revising observation reports and making remarks as required.
