Lead and manage the Commercial & B2B procurement and contract management work streams within the procurement department.
· Mentor and train staff in Commercial & B2B procurement

 Ensures that completion certificates are prepared and duly signed upon completion of contracted work and services.

Identification and implementation of cost saving opportunities. Monitor market conditions and analyze contracts to identify trends in order to identify areas for possible savings and make recommendations to management based upon analysis.
Measure contract performance and assess in order to identify best value from a cost/benefit perspective, including comparison of old pricing to new pricing, and cross reference of products/Services.
 Develop and maintains positive, professional relationships with all internal and external customers by cultivating effective working relationships. Maintains proactive reaction to customer needs.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and contractors.
Source for new suppliers & contractors when the need arises
Evaluate suppliers’ performance and recommend Procurement Manager to blacklist suppliers once required.
