Prepare and cost estimation of operating (OPEX), capital (CAPEX) and Turnaround (T/A) budgets of the Civil Department Plan and execute Major Maintenance jobs for turnaround and ensure asset reliability.
•Direct all civil maintenance works (In-house and external services) which are related to civil fields of responsibilities (buildings, concrete structures & foundations, steel structures, asphalt roads, paving, thermal insulation (cold, hot and acoustic), refractory lining, industrial & decorative painting, industrial scaffolding, excavation and underground Plant & building sewers) at Fertil two plants Review spare part inventory and forwards recommendation to material department for addition/deletion of items.
•Adheres to Company HSE policy and implement it strictly by supervising and auditing civil activities. Conduct Weekly HSE meeting for all civil department employees and prepare generic risk assessment for non-routine jobs.
Troubleshooting problems identifying reasons and recommending remedial action to ensure that maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.
•Planning and following up with daily maintenance jobs.
Develop the Contract Strategy and tenderers list.
•Prepare the tenderers invitation Letters.
•Prepare the Tender Document.
•Analyze and evaluate the tenderers bids commercially.
