-Assist in Driving business transformation and portfolio optimization opportunities by working with senior portfolio and financial advisory team in identifying, evaluating and executing portfolio optimization, divestment, acquisition, joint venture, plant expansion, and greenfield/brownfield project development opportunities within corporate objectives and guidelines
-Assist in review of financial and operating data from existing asset with portfolio and across TAQA group where required
-Supports preparation of market analysis and preparing company profiles and market research
-Conducts market research activities using open or specialized (Closed) information sources including internet research and reviews of industry specialist publications
-Assists in preparation of initial screening memos and information memorandum for the conference calls and board papers
-Assist in Due Diligence and divestment/ acquisition process of targeted company if required, including assisting in managing the due diligence process (including data room management and Q&A), coordinating the due diligence teams, arranging and coordinating project meetings, and preparation of proposals in public tenders where appropriate
-Assists with modelling, valuation work, financial and SWOT analysis as appropriate
-Support the team preparing other ad-hoc assignments as requested
-Assist in preparing RFPs for advisers
