Manage all Business Support team, in terms of FM, warehousing, logistics, admin services
- Prepare the org. for ISO 9001:2008 audit and certifications.

* Orgnization coordinator with The Executive Council of Dubai Government, to liasie for Improvement intiative of Customer Service using "Dubai Model Center"
* Achivied Hamdan Bin Mohammed Flag in year 2014 for Best Service, My role was Assisstant Leader of Dubai Model team wihin the orgnization.
- Build and Develop Customer Service Management.

Looking after Fleet Management, Telecommunications, Asset Management, Enviroment Healh & Safety.
*Achieved record breaking Evacuation time for 800 staff (4.5 minutes).
*Conducted 4 Fire drills in 1 year.
*Migrated land line for PABX system to IP Telephony system which impacted on saving of telecommuniation bills.
*Replaes old fleet of cars (100 cars) to the new fleet with Service contract options, which saved on car rental and increased the assets.
*Develpoed Asset Management system.
Looking after Client Management in Dubai Customs areas.
- Condcut periodic audits in respect to the management systems.
- Advise the team members about the changes needed for procedure to suit the business needs and market.
- Coordinate with various Depts. within the orgnization in all aspects of ISO certificationa and audits.
- Conduct Internal Audit for ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.
- Coordinate with certificatoin bodies for survillenace audits.
- Focal Point for KPI reporting system.
- Troubleshoot all computers issues.
- Manage all Computer and Prephirals complaint and troubleshoot
I used to work as inspector in Dubai Customs at Jebel Ali port & Freezone. My job role ws inspect every consignments comes in to Freezone or get out from the port.
