- Prepare the strategic plan of the Department and contribute to its development and follow up the implementation of operational plans to ensure its balance with the objectives of the Department.

- Establish a procedures manual for the departments of the company and write it in coordination with each department and the development of broad tracks and write details and tasks for each track.
- Create time intervals for each procedure via a critical path CPM system.
- Create and approve the models to be used in each department and link all the models to the financial and human resources management to calculate the cost.
- Monitoring the movements and duration of time through the SLA program and ensure the application of the procedures manual.
- Establishing a manual for compliance with regulations and approving its implementation and monitoring after approval.
- Establishing and approving performance evaluation points.
- Support the implementation of the siren policy with the Department of Human Resources.
- Development of the procedures manual through the Kaizen system by taking notes on the manual from the people in charge of work and making a change in the manual and then adopted again by the executive management
- Monitoring the internal documents of each department, where each department must have a database, both paper and electronic.
