annually for 3 factories and 22 stores.

● Ensure that Standard work sequence for the
processing unit is consistently followed.

all CPT units are processed in a timely manner.

Procedure for Picking in all events and

● Coach and develop associates in indirect roles
such as Process Guide, Tote Feeder and

working with Central Flow to adjust labor order
