- Setting up, and configuring laptops, and computers.
-Printer installment and troubleshooting (Epson, HP) Sharing printers over a network.
-Creating and managing all email related issues.
-Setting up cameras, QR code for restaurant menu, and fingerprint machine.
-POS deployment. Extract reports, edit prices, layout, and fix software related issues (OMEGA).
-Interviewing third party companies for new ERP system.
-Working with STC Business to add new lines (Router, Fiber connection).
-Assisting the HR with hiring new IT staff.
-Training restaurant staff on how to use new software (reservation).
