To obtain approval of Petromin products from the major original engine manufacturers in order to secure future business.
Obtains approval of Petromin products from a wide range of OEMs for use globally.
Assists with other technical matters such as audits training and product development.
Liaises with additive suppliers to obtain additives which meet OEM standards.
Liaises with sales teams to receive and respond to their requests for product approvals.
Provides support to the sales team by accompanying them on visits to customers inside the Kingdom and outside. During these visits makes presentations, reviews technical complaints and provides technical advice.
Handles incoming technical complaints from customers of International Sales Department (ISD) or Domestic Sales teams.
Carries out and participates in various internal audits throughout the company.
Provides training to customers and employees.
Investigate and report quality related complaints
Perform a technical correction and adjustment activities
Conduct physical and chemical analysis and report it
Ensure that all the testing is carried out as per laboratory SOP
Maintain all the analytical instruments in working conditions and up to-date.
• Quality maintaining of all Raw materials i.e. Base oil & additives receipt. Ensure quality either material received by pipe line, Bulk or drums.
• Quality maintaining of all production batches produce at Jeddah/Riyadh Plant.
• Quality maintaining & Revalidation of all imported and 3rd party purchased products.
• Manage testing and reporting of condition monitoring samples (In-service oils) under the umbrella of POP, GOP in coordination with Sales for all line of business.
• Maintain, Calibrate and arrange testing equipment at all inspection facilities.
• Coordinate with Purchase for all Capex items and Chemicals for labs.
Monitoring Perto Rabigh refinery process side and water treatment.
Analyzing samples of DSS water and recording operation data.
Full report of the system data (Neutralizer, Emulsion Breaker, fouling situation) system parameters, and chemical data.
Providing a recommendation to maintain a stable process side system.
Worked on a graduation research for General chromatography methods.
Included most of the instrumentation running and maintenance.
Full report handed to the head of department.
