• Lead end-to-end deployment of operations technology solutions, including Robotics,
RFID, and OCR systems, improving automation and data accuracy
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and
on-time project delivery
• Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing workflows, minimizing
disruption to day-to-day operations
• Direct analysis of key performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and support
leadership objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and implement system enhancements to boost operational
efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives

• Manage daily Chemical and Mineral mixing operation to ensure efficiency
• Monitor, analyze, and lead all aspects of operations to improve plant KPIs
• Troubleshooting, prepare reports, oversee MOC process, and optimize OEE to
maximize equipment efficiency and productivity
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, and GMP guidelines
• Oversee manufacturing activities, including record release & review, MRP BOM and
work order within the FMCG sector
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, or
equipment needed for the production plans

• Develop & implement HSEQ policies and procedures to align with Aramco regulations
at Aramco Plant (KJO)
• Saudi Electricity Company APPROVED to conduct internal audits and inspections to
assess compliance with HSEQ standards and policies
• Establish KPI to measure the effectiveness of Safety programs
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
