• Deliver the best practice by applying Etihad way, rules and policies in all sales activates.

• Assistance the Government Sales Team in all special requests and agreements preparations.
• Raise, update, amend & escalate all type of sales requests to the system and tracking the approval levels.
• Tracking the government agencies performance by increase the product knowledge, analyzing markets and understands the best way to drive our sales up.
• Generates all related kind of reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to Managements.

• Represent Du by joining conference calls with Etisalat to review the result of equipment testing and site inspections.
• Coordinate with Etisalat Operation Team and set clear objectives to ensure that all the testing done on time.
• Analyze the testing results and identify new opportunities to improve our project.
• Playing a key role in all corresponds related to the fixed line (Internet and Land line) between Du and Etisalat.
• Provides work directions to my team and assist them to have the best solutions.
• Distribute the daily, weekly and monthly tasks among the Team to increase the work efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Logistics, Vendors supplier, Transportation Department, Information Technology and Networking

• Implement all the CRs in the system on the prescribed time.
• Monitor all system activities and impacts while testing and lunching new project.
• Work together with ERP Development Team to increase the efficiency of the projects.
• Assist the ERP Development Team with new coding and commands to improve the interface of the project
• Operate 24/7 and be on call duty for any system emergency.
• Generate tracking reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) for all CRs and testing.
• Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Finance, Networking, Technology and Business Development.
