(HRH Abd Alilah Bin Abd Alziz Al Saud - Private Spa)
• Electrical Engineer - Site & Technical Department.
• Preparing accurately and complete MEP material submittals and drawings submittals for the
project as per Electrical Standards.
• Requesting the approved materials and verifying the delivery schedule adherence and required quality.
• Reviewing and amendment on the design drawings to avoid Overlaps and lack of coordination between MEP & Other trades.

Jun 2014 - February 2015
(KAP-1 Civil Defense project)
• MEP & Infrastructure - site Engineer.
• Implementation of MEP infrastructure in 3 sites subsidiaries to KAP-1 project.
• Develop infrastructure plans and drawings as necessary to successfully execute the MEP utilities.
• Take necessary action to expedite and monitor the MEP internally and externally works and progress
of MEP contractors.
• Update progress schedules and create action plan and advise the Management of any slippages,
Problems and potential delays to the MEP work with advice corrective action to be taken.
• Responsible for updating the management by taking updates from consultants / architects.
• Coordinated with the Project Managers and issuing RFIs.

May 2014 - Nov 2014
(VIP Residence - Fully Renovation)
• MEP Responsible and coordinator.
• Design and implementation all electrical systems HCU and LCU such As (Lighting systems, powering
system, A/V system, security systems, MATV System, Fire Detection system, Telephone system)
• Verified staffing needs on per-project basis, and requested additional staff as needed to complete
projects on-time and within budget confines.

Aug 2013 - Feb 2014
(Chief of Royal Protocol Personal Residence- Partially Renovation)
•MEP Responsible and coordinator.
•Upgrading all electrical systems such as (Lighting systems, Powering systems, A/V systems and security Systems) as per the ARC & ID drawings in addition to client Stipulated requirements.
•Selection of suitable and reliable electrical devices and systems that served out the client with perfect efficiency.
•Issuing Electrical Shop drawings in addition to Asbuilt drawings as per site electrical works.

The project total area 1, 700, 000 m2
containing VIP residences with golf course, & Spa.
• Chief of electrical department (May 2012).
• Designing and Calculating (Low voltage, Low current) systems such as (Lighting calculations, Power
calculations, Short circuit calculations, Over load voltage calculations, lightning & Earthing System
calculations) using reliable electrical design software.
• Studying and Revising Electrical drawing to ensure the installation and operations conform to NEC,
SBC & SASO.
• Issuing shop drawings, Bill of Quantities in addition to as built drawings for all electrical site works.
• Modifying electrical drawings as per site conditions and client requirements with taking into
consideration of costs, safety and time constraints.
• Estimates, prepares and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,
equipment, tools required for all electrical works prior to execution.
• Monitoring & controlling all electrical site works to ensure the work progress is according to
scheduled plan without any delay.
• Ensuring all Electrical installations meet the quality and safety requirements of the project.
