Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside company executives & other staff.
Analyze market trends & recommend changes to marketing & business development strategies based on analysis & feedback.
Responsible for the overall strategic marketing campaign that is carried out by the marketers and sales representatives and look at the impact that marketing campaigns have on the revenue flow of the company and report these results to upper management, also assist in various other functions in the marketing department, such as managing online websites and stores and write many of the materials used in advertising and public relations efforts.
- Identify new product and product modification/saving to support the brand.
- Increase sales of major brand trough new product development, merchandising and advertising.
- Coordinate cross functional work team and outside agencies to implement plans.
- Analyze markets for business trends and market insights.
- Maintain awareness of consumer trends, consumer product company activities and best practices in Merchandising.
- Develop significant new products that satisfy consumer wants and needs.
- Measure and report success/learning from initiatives launched and tactics executed.
- Develop programs to meet needs of both consumers and retail customers.
Responsible for order-getting and order-taking to supply the Saudi National Guard in the Western Region.
