Key Areas:
1- carries out regular safety inspections of all company facilities and
undertakes special safety surveys of areas with managers and
supervisors. Noting any unsafe procedures, equipment or
housekeeping, establishing action priorities with other areas'
supervisory staff, noting requirements or compiling safety report
forms for supervisor's review and following up to ensure that agreed
action is taken or approved recommendation implemented.
2- reviews reports of all safety incidents, maintenance records of
accidents and lost time injuries involving work related sick leaves
and report safety statistics. Prepares monthly, quarterly and semi-
annual reports of the number and type of incidents and
occupational injury reports of type of injury and personnel involved
for internal distribution. computes and prepares analyses of plant
safety statistics.
3- coordinates the practical training of employees in safety related
matters.
4- participate in PHA/Risk Assessment studies, internal/external
safety audits. through work experience in use of tools for activity
Risk Assessment, safety reviews, HAZOP, Qualitative and
Quantitative safety risk assessment, control and mitigation of major
accident hazard in petrochemical industries.
5- Develop and implement safety programs and procedures in
accordance with OSHA, EPA, SASO and RC requirements.

I was assigned as production engineer to ensure the effectiveness
and the efficiency of concrete production. the main functions are :
- The Raw Material efficiency by monitor the specifications of
aggregates and water (Grading, specific gravity and salinity) which
affect directly the product work ability and strength.
- Mix Design of concrete is changeable according the specifications
which controlled by monitoring the raw materials, the product
parameters such as slump and temperature of concrete will be
controlled to avoid failure in the costumers sites and after casting
tests.
- The Quality of the product during the casting will be monitor by
making slump test to ensure the concrete will be pumped properly
to the costumers plus samples are taking for compression tests by
compressing the samples within 3, 7 and 28 days to ensure the
costumers strength requirements.
